We are a Melbourne Speech Pathology paediatric clinic located in the Bayside community.
What is a Speech Pathologist?
A paediatric Speech Pathologist will diagnose and treat a range of communication disorders. These include difficulties with verbal speech, listening, understanding language, reading, writing, social skills, articulation, stuttering and using voice.
A paediatric Speech Pathologist will work with children who have difficulty communicating because of a range of developmental delays, genetic conditions, stroke, brain injuries, learning difficulties, intellectual disability, cerebral palsy, dementia and hearing loss. A paediatric Speech Pathologist will also work with children who experience difficulties swallowing food and liquids safely due to various health conditions.
